This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy  governs the manner in which America Red collects, uses, maintains  and discloses information collected from users (each, a “user”) of the  Make America Red website (“website”). This privacy policy applies to the  website and all products and services offered by America Red PAC.

Non-personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about users  whenever they interact with our website. Non-personal identification  information may include the browser name, the type of computer and  technical information about users means of connection to our website,  such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized  and other similar information.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from users in a  variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our  website, make a contribution, place an order, subscribe to the email  list, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other  activities, services, features or resources we make available on our  website. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address,  mailing address, phone number, residential address or credit card  information. Users may, however, visit our website anonymously. We will  collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users may always refuse to  supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent  them from engaging in certain website related activities. When  participating in a call to action to contact your officials, you may be  asked to provide additional information (salutation title or whether or  not you would like to receive a response from the legislator). That  information is automatically sent to the legislator as part of your  email to them and not retained by America Red .

Our website is secured with encrypted SSL (https). Financial  information is kept private and sent directly to the merchant account  and not stored, visible or accessible to any America Red PAC staff members.

We will never sell your data to third party vendors.

SMS opt-in consent and data will not be shared with third parties.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

America Red PAC appreciates your generous support in advancing our mission. We are committed to transparency and accountability in the handling of donations. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a contribution.

1. General Policy on Donations

All donations made to America Red PAC are considered final and non-refundable. As a federally registered political action committee (PAC), funds are immediately allocated toward political advocacy, campaign support, and other initiatives that align with our mission. Because of the nature of political contributions, we are generally unable to offer refunds except in specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

While donations are final, we understand that errors can occur. America Red PAC will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

Duplicate Transactions – If a donor unintentionally submits multiple donations in error, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Incorrect Donation Amount – If an amount was entered incorrectly due to a clerical mistake, we may adjust or refund the difference.

Unauthorized Transactions – If a donor believes their credit card was used fraudulently to make a contribution, we will investigate the claim and, if necessary, process a refund.

Compliance Issues – In accordance with federal campaign finance laws, donations from certain sources (e.g., foreign nationals, corporations, or exceeding of FEC limits) must be refunded.

Requests that fall outside these conditions will generally not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

Donors who have set up recurring monthly contributions may cancel future payments at any time. 

To do so:

Contact our support team at  support@americaredpac.org 

Provide your full name, billing details, and the date of the first recurring charge

Submit cancellation requests at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment to ensure no additional charges occur

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@americaredpac.org with the following details:

Your full name

The donation amount and date of transaction

The last four digits of the credit card used (for verification purposes)

A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request

All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original transaction date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

5. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. America Red PAC is not responsible for any bank fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or other charges imposed by your financial institution.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage donors to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with their bank. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we may be unable to process future donations from the same individual.

7. Policy Changes

America Red PAC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued donations will indicate acceptance of the revised policy.
